Fully Automatic PU Sandwich Panel Production Line Machine

This production line is engineered for the continuous manufacturing of rock wool (mineral wool) sandwich panels, primarily utilized in industrial construction requiring stringent fire-safety ratings. The system integrates decoiling, cold-roll forming, rock wool strip flipping, automated adhesive application, and high-temperature curing to ensure structural integrity and thermal consistency across large-scale production runs.

Complete automated workflow: feeding, profiling, gluing, heating, trimming, grooving, and cutting
Precision low-speed metering pump with computer-controlled frequency regulation
Accurate dosing and stepless speed adjustment capabilities
