New Gypsum Board Spray Painting System Launched for Drywall Surface Finishing
Our factory has launched the upgraded gypsum board spray painting system, an automatic surface coating solution for gypsum board, plasterboard and drywall panels.
This system adopts PLC + touch screen control, with adjustable conveyor speed and reciprocating spraying guns. It can apply uniform protective or decorative paint on board surfaces, followed by hot air drying. It fits boards with width from 600mm to 1200mm and thickness 6–24 mm, working capacity reaches 300–800 ㎡ per hour.
The gypsum board spray painting system can work independently or integrate with the full gypsum board production line. It effectively reduces manual labor, ensures consistent coating thickness, and improves the surface quality of finished plasterboards. Customized layout, voltage and spraying requirements are available for different clients’ factory plans.
We provide one-stop service including design, manufacturing, overseas installation, commissioning and operator training. The equipment comes with a 12-month warranty. This system is widely welcomed by gypsum board manufacturers from Turkey, Middle East, Africa and South Asia.
